Do freshers really get a good job?

This article is about freshers who put their best efforts to get job in a desirable profile with pretty good salary. But the point is do they really get?

We all are familiar with courses many students choose while taking admission after passing 12th as their career. Some of them are B.Tech, BBA, B.Sc. and something like that. There are so many students passing each year doing these courses, it's almost like herd of people doing these courses by seeing other people doing the same thing. But can anyone think about do they get a job after clearing their graduation? There are so many other students completing their graduation and looking for a job, why you would be hired?

Unfortunately, no one thinks about this. At that time, they were like we have taken admission in such a reputed college and will get placed in campus recruitment. That's true that many colleges invite reputed companies in their college for students, students also participate in the interview but not all of them clear the interview.

Now here the question arises, if you are placed in a good college with such a high fee structure then why they are unable to get you placed in the companies coming to their campus. At this point, student come to realise that they have missed such an opportunity and will not get back that time back which they passed just chilling with their friends and not concentrating on their career since they have joined the college.

Many students are not doing anything after completing their graduation. You all must be aware that engineers hardly get a job. If some of them do get a job then it's not of their desirable profile or if they do get a job in their desirable profile, then their pay scale is low. Many small companies do like this. They take the advantage of the situation and hire the candidate at a low salary.

If you want that this won't happen with you then you must take your pen/pencil now and start preparing for interviews the same day. You can prepare for interviews by following these points below:

  - Have a good knowledge of aptitude

Aptitude is the first round which almost every company will conduct. This is done to check your reasoning and logical part. Having good aptitude will let you clear the first round. Many candidates don't even get a job because of this factor.

  - Strong communication skills(both written and verbal)

Having good communication skills will through a good impact on the interviewer. This thing doesn't come in a day or so, it requires daily practice.

  - Confidence

This is the main thing which is judged in the HR round. If you are not able to speak confidently in front of HR then there is less chance of getting the job.

- Technical skills

You must have good technical skills if you want a technical job in your desirable profile. So go through it regularly or make notes of it and try to grasp them whole before the interview.

These are all the things which you must want to get a job with a good pay scale.

Some candidates also try to give government exams like SSC, IBPS, LIC, RBI and much more after the graduation. For this also you need to have a good aptitude. If you wanna know how to prepare for entrance exams, then do click me.

That's all from my part. These are some of the suggestions from my side to all of you, hope you find them useful.

While doing a job one does not get time to concentrate on studies as well.So to prepare for a competitive exam you need a correct strategy for preparation. So, if you are preparing for a competitive exam, you should not take any coaching for this. This is so because you will not be able to attend all the classes. When preparing for these competitive exams, you won't get enough time so you must not concentrate on the theory part(as it will take up much of your time). Instead, you can make practice set of the same competitive exam and practice on a regular basis. One thing you must keep in mind that you have to prepare for one exam at a time, don't rush for more than one exam at a time as it will lead you into a dilemma and you will be confused what to study and what to the left. Impact of orthodox thinking on youth generation

As we grow up, we inherit the culture, custom, thinking, and behavior of our elders and society. Each of these things varies from place to place and also with time. Earlier, people used to wear traditional clothes more than the western ones. But now the time has changed. Today's youth prefer western over traditional. It's not a bad thing but today are still some people, following the old thinking and restrict their child and other people not to adopt it. The restriction is good as far as we are not harming an individual priority. But as we can see, people living in urban areas have this same orthodox thinking as they grew up in an environment where wearing short clothes or hang out with friends is not considered good. It's an individual thinking what they prefer for them to choose. I just want to say that won't stop people from achieving their dreams by putting an orthodox thinking in between. Thank you!!

How to start preparation for entrance

Q1. How to kickstart the preparation for Bank Exams? So, one of the standard questions that I have encountered is how to kick start the preparation for Bank exams. To counter attack this problem, we can start with a small example. Whenever we visit the doctor, he asks us about our problem or probably, he asks us for the symptoms. Based on the symptoms, he identifies the disease and starts the treatment. Same is the case with the Bank exams. We need to understand our weaknesses and create a plan to tackle this. Now the question is how to understand what my symptoms are? What we suggest is before you start preparing for an exam, just write a small mock for the same exam. Nowadays, we have multiple websites offering these mock exams out of which the first one is free. You can refer to our site as well for free mocks and more content related to the bank exams. Once you write the test, you will get the percentiles which will help you in deciding where do you actually stand in a par...
